Spells you cast that have this metamagic enhancement to it deal non-lethal damage instead of lethal damage. All other effects of the spell remain normal (for example a non-lethal fireball may still set flammable objects ablaze). Spells that utilize this metamagic enhancement requires the expenditure of 1 point of spell energy.

Whenever you cast a spells that draws power from the plane of positive energy, you deal or heal an extra amount of damage equal to the spell's level times two plus two (+4 for 1st level spells, +6 for 2nd level spells, +8 for 3rd level spells and so on and so forth). Spells that utilize this metamagic enhancement requires the expenditure of 1 point of spell energy.
