For witch characters who looking for something a little colder...

Class Features Modifications

Winter: 2nd—Frost Beam (Use Ray of Frost but damage is 1d4[upgrades like Burning Hands]), 4th—Chill Metal, 6th—Sleet Storm, 8th—Ice Storm, 10th—Frost Strike (as Flame Strike but cold damage), 12th—Frost Seeds (as Fire Seeds but cold damage), 14th—Control Weather, 16th—Whirlwind, 18th—Storm of Vengeance.

Author's Note: One of the inspirations for this is the marionation Holiday special "Santa Clause is Coming to Town" and the Winter Warlock. Spells in parenthesis are from the Adventurer's Handbook by Super Genius games and are presented as an alternative if you have that book at your disposal. Elementals in the APG was a little too generic for my tastes and I felt this class need this option.
