Inquisitor Archetype: Crusader

Most Inquisitors are tough as nails, and as driven as a Paladin. Though normally they operate alone under the pretense of guile, most know that it's the sword arm that does half their work. Slightly less tacful than other Inquisitors, these Crusaders pick a foe, take up their weapons, and mercilessly hound their target until they yield to the will of god or fall to the will of steel.

Class Features Modifications

Class Skills: Same as Inquisitor.

Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: Crusaders are proficient with all simple weapons, martial weapons, light armor, medium armor, light shields, and their Deity's favored weapon. This replaces the normal proficiencies an Inquisitor starts with, including the handcrossbow and repeating crossbow proficiencies.

Capable Traveler: The Crusader adds half their class level to Survival and Ride checks. This replaces the Stern Gaze class feature.

Veteran Soldier: At 3rd level the Crusader gains weapon focus in their Deity's favored weapon (or the Crusader's prefered weapon), and access to a Ranger Combat Style. Once the Crusader Chooses a combat style it may not be changed. They may select from the Ranger's Combat Style Feats as if they were a Ranger of equal level. Whenever an Inquisitor would gain access to a Teamwork feat, the Crusader Gains access to their choosen combat style feats. This replaces the Solo Tactics and Teamwork Feat class features.

Author's Note: Season of the Witch and Kingdom of Heaven both inspired this more martial or ranger like Inquisitor variant. I have idea's for a few more. Though with this one I tried not to step too far away from the Inquisitor roots.
