Class Features Modifications
Smoking Ki (Su): At 3rd level, a kiseruka can smoke, a dose of tobacco or other strong weed and gain one temporary ki point. The act of smoking is a standard action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity. The monk can have a maximum number of smoking ki points equal to 1 plus one additional point for every two levels thereafter (5th, 7th, and so on). The monk can gain this temporary ki even before he gains a ki pool at 4th level. These smoking ki points last for 1 hour or until spent, whichever is shorter. As long as he has at least 1 smoking ki point, the monk can spend 1 ki point as a swift action to gain a +20 bonus to acrobatics checkswhen moving through a threatened square.
This ability replaces still mind.
Twisting Dodge (Su): At 5th level, a kiseruka can spend 1 point of ki as a swift action to gain 1d6 dodge bonus to their AC against a single melee attack. The monk must do this before attack roll is resolved. At 10th level, the monk may spend 2 smoking ki points to increase the dodge bonus to 2d6. At 15th level, the monk may spend 3 smoking ki points to increase the dodge bonus to 3d6. At 20th level, the monk may spend 4 smoking ki points to increase the extra damage to 4d6. This ability can be used in conjunction with a monk’s normal ability to spend one ki point as a free action to gain a +4 dodge bonus for one round. The monk must have at least 1 smoking ki point to use this ability.
This ability replaces purity of body.
Relaxed Resolve (Su): At 11th level, a kiseruka is immune to fear as long as he has at least 1 point of smoking ki.
This ability replaces diamond body.
Tobacco’s Blessing (Ex): At 13th level, a kiseruka’s body emulates a living cloud of smoke and gains DR 1/— as long as he has at least 1 point of smoking ki. At 16th level, the DR increases to 2/—. At 19th level, it increases to 3/—.
This ability replaces diamond soul.
Smokey Breath (Su): At 19th level, a kiseruka can take a puff and exhale a cloud of tobacco-flavored smoke. This is identical to the Stinking Cloud spell, using the monk’s level as the caster level and 10+3+ the monk’s Wisdom monifier for the DC. Using this ability is a standard action that consumes 2 ki points from the monk’s ki pool. The monk may also produce the effects of the Acid Fog spell in the same manner by spending 4 ki points from their ki pool. The monk must have at least 1 smoking ki point to use these abilities.
This ability replaces empty body.
Author's Note: I admit that this is a rip-off of the Drunken Master archtype. I figured that if getting drunk could empower a monk, than smoking tobacco or some other herb/weed could, too.
