Some fighters prefer to go lightly armored and utilize speed and agile movement to defend themselves.

Class Features Modifications

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: By taking this class variant the fighter gives up his proficiency with heavy and medium armors, and tower shields.

Armor Training and Armor Mastery: Fighters with this variant lose armor training and armor mastery abilities.

Additional Class Skill: Acrobatics (Dex)

Dodge (Ex): At 1st level the fighter gets the Dodge feat for free as a bonus feat, even if he don't meet the prerequisites. Each time he would gain the armor training ability the fighter instead gains a +1 dodge bonus to his armor class. When he would normally get the armor mastery ability the fighter gains a 20% miss chance against all attacks made against him as long as he isn't flat-footed or  unable to move.
