Judicator

Some see order as the only way of life.  From chaos only spreads evil and wrong doings.  This is the commitment of a judicator.  Usually employed in large city as a form of riot control and sentry guards from the rich and noble.  Judicators view people as sheep and simply needed to be herded in the right direction, and he is here to do it.  Standing with his trusted shield, a judicator is ready to meet chaos head on and ban lawlessness from the realms.  Role:  Judicators stand in the front of the battle.  Sensing events all around them, a judicator is able to adapt to the fight and push it away from his allies.  His skills and abilities allow him to be in the midst of combat with barely a second thought.

Class Features

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Judicators are proficient with all simple simple  weapons, with all armor (heavy, medium, light), and with shields (including tower shields).

Shield Attack (Ex): A judicator is trained to use his shield as a weapon, the weight and hardness of it making it every bit as effective as any sword or war hammer.  In the hands of a judicator, a light shield is treated as a light one-handed simple weapon, dealing 1d6 bashing damage, x3 critical.  A heavy shield as a one-handed simple weapon, dealing 1d8 bashing damage x3 critical.  A tower shield as a two-handed simple weapon, dealing 1d10 bashing damage x3 critical.  A judicator using his shield to make an attack loses that shield's bonus to AC for the round.  Adding spikes to his shield, a judicator increases the damage done by one hit die (maximum of d12).  A masterwork shield, in addition to lowering the armor check penalty, gives the judicator a +1 to his attack bonus and damage rolls.  At 10th level a judicator gains Improved Shield Attack, which provides a +2 to attack and damage rolls.  At 19th level a judicator gains Greater Shield Attack, which provides an additional +2 to attack and damage rolls.

Crowd Control (Ex): Starting at 1st level, a judicator may move up to his full speed without provoking attacks of opportunity for leaving a threatened square once per day.  This ability increases by one use per day every four levels, to a maximum of 5 times per day at 17th level.

Improved Shield Bash: At 2nd level, a judicator gets improved shield bash as a bonus feat.  He still incurs all the normal penalties for fighting with two weapons.

Imposing Force (Ex): At 3rd level a judicator gains imposing force as a special ability.  Imposing force grants the judicator a +2 circumstance bonus to intimidate when using his shield, as well as a , +2 bonus to preception when looking for enemy combatant leaders.  At 6th level, these both increase by an additional +2, and at level 9 by an additional +4.

Two-Weapon Fighting: On reaching 4th level, a judicator recieves two-weapon fighting as a bonus feat.

Shield Reach (Ex): When a judicator reaches 6th level he gains the ability to help protect his ally.  Once per day as a free action, a judicator may grant an adjacent ally his shield AC bonus for one round.  This action must be declared prior to the attack roll.  This ability increases to 2 times per day at 12th level and 3 times per day at 18th level.

Subduing Blow (Ex):  As a judicator begins to master his weapon, he may use it for more than lethal damage.  At 7th level, th judicator may use his shield to deal non lethal damage against an enemy without incurring the penalties.

Chaotic Combat (Ex): At 8th level a judicator is no longer distracted in battle.  He does not lose his chances at an attack of oppurtunity due to the chaos around him, whether from mundane means or magical effects.  In addition a judicator is sensitive to his surroundings and wary or unexpected attacks.  Sneak attacks and sudden attacks do not harm a judicator as severly, lowering the amount of damage dice used against him by 1 per 4 class levels, meaning a rogue would lose 3 sneak attack damage die against a 12th level judicator.  If a judicator is denied his dexterity bonus, he no longer benefits from this ability.

Throw Anything: At 11th level a judicator gains the throw anything feat.

Strong Arm (Ex): On reaching 12th Level, a judicator may use his shield to disarm his foe, as though, using the improved disarm feat.  The judicator, however, does not drop his shield on a failed attempt of 10 or greater.

Shield Barge (Ex): At reaching level 14, a judicator may preform a bull rush against an opponent as though he has the improved bull rush feat.  If this manuver is successful, damage may be applied to the opponent with the respective shield's damage die.

Mobile Defence (Ex): At 15th level, a judicator can adjust his position while maintaining a defensive stance.  While in a defensive stance, he can take a 5-foot step each round without losing the benefit of the stance.

Arm Breaker (Ex): When a judicator reaches 16th level, he may use shield to sunder a weapon or item an enemy carries as though he had the improved sunder feat.  Damage done to the object is doubled.

Shield Blast (Ex): When a judicator gains 20th level, he becomes a true master of the shield.  He may make a trip attack against all enemies adjacent to him without provoking an attack of opportunity.  The judicator makes one CMB and applies it to all enemies.

Author's Note: This is a class a friend of mine and I have been working on for some time, we currently have it in a test game, let me know what you think.
