Benefit
As a full-round action, you can move up to your speed and cast a single spell or spell-like ability with a casting time of a standard action or less at any point during your movement.

You also get a +4 bonus on concentration checks made to maintain a spell or spell-like ability after an attack of opportunity caused when you move out of or within a threatened area.
