Wait for an enemy to draw near to you while your weapon is sheathed and before they attack, strike them down.

Quick Draw, Greater Vital Strike

Benefit
Wait with your weapon sheathed until just before an enemy would attack and quickly attack them first, taking up you attack action for the turn. You make one attack at your highest BAB that deals additional damage. Roll the damage dice for the attack five times and add the results together, but do not multiply damage from Strength, weapon abilities, or precision-based damage. This bonus damage is not multiplied on a critical hit. The enemy looses their attack action and ends their turn if the Mortal Strike attack is successful.
