Prerequisites
5th level, Vital Strike or Sneak Attack, must have successfully poisoned three targets on three separate occasions.

Benefit
You gain a +2 bonus to Slight of Hand checks when applying poison to food, drink, a weapon, or any other surface (this includes living targets). Also, when making a sneak attack or Vital Strike with a poisoned piercing or slashing weapon, the DC of the poison is raised by 2 from being delivered to a vital area. You gain a +2 bonus against poisons. Once per day you can combine two poisons to make a one dose delivery. The combined poisons must be used within one hour of being mixed, or else the two poisons render each other inert. Additionally, you are immune to one (and only one) type of poison (such as Drow Knockout Poison or Black Lotus Extract).
