By concentrating the positive energy in a ruthless way, you can impose negative conditions on undead when using your lay on hands ability.

Prerequisites
Paladin with the Mercy Class Feature, 5th level.

Benefit
You can inflict undead with "Cruelties" (see the Antipaladin Alternate Class rules in the Advanced Player's Handbook). The cruelties you inflict correspond with the mercies that remove them. For example, if a paladin has the "Remove Blindness" mercy, then they can cause "Blindness" on undead as per the antipaladin rules. Although undead are normally immune to the effects of conditions on the Cruelty/Mercy list, they are not immune to the effects when delivered in this way.

Author's Note: Just imagine: Fatigued Mummies, Deaf Vampires, and Blinded Zombies.
