Prerequisites
Base Attack Bonus +3, Sneak Attack Class Feature.

Benefit
Once per round, you may make a single daring attack to a target that provokes an attack of opportunity. If the attack of opportunity hits you, it is an automatic threat and can be resolved as normal. After the attack of opportunity (if you survive), if you strike the target successfully, you add your sneak attack dice to the damage. Any conditions dealt to you by the attack of opportunity's critical hit only effect you after make your attack.
