Charisma 18, Perform: 6 ranks (oratory)
A villan or hero with this feat may launch into a drawn out oratory of his purpose, plan, a description of their opponents defeat, or other subject, by making a perform (oratory) check DC 10.
Each round the character is monologuing enemies within hearing of the user must make a will save equal to 10+Cha mod+ 1/2 level or become fascinated.
Monologue may be used during combat if the other team attempts to interrupt the monologue. In this case the user of the feat gains a +1 bonus to AC and saves for every 5 above 10 scored on the monologue users perform check (ie perform 25 = +3 AC and saves.)
If the feat user is unable to speak at any point before or during combat the effect ends and the bonus is lost.
If the user is able to complete a 30 second monologue (5 rounds without taking 1/3 hit total health in damage, or completes it before combat begins, his team gets a surprise round before rolling initiative, or gets and extra round during combat due to morale.
Bardic bonuses that would increase the DC or bonuses of bardic songs apply to this feat.
