Prerequisites
Base Attack Bonus +4

Benefit
As a Swift Action you can don a Light or Heavy Shield (not a Tower Shield).

Normal
Donning a shield is a move action.

Special
If the character also has the quick draw feat he may don a Light or Heavy Shield once per round as a free action.
