Regardless of your Charisma Score you have attractive physical features.

Prerequisites
Cha 10+

Benefit
When interacting with members of the opposite sex (or anyone else who might find you romantically appealing) you gain a +1 bonus on all charisma checks with that person. If the person's attitude is Friendly this bonus increases to +2. If the person's attitude is Helpful this bonus increases to +3.

Normal
A person's attractiveness is normally not explicity defined in game mechanics.

Author's Note: Charisma is about more than looking good; its about the individuals personality and the like. Someone can be very attractive but have a horrible personality which would essentially drive their Charisma score down.
