Benefit
You gain +3 skill points. For every Hit Die you possess beyond 3, you gain an additional +1 skill point. If you have more than 3 Hit Dice, you gain +1 skill points whenever you gain a Hit Die (such as when you gain a level).

Special
This feat does not confer the ability to allocate more skill points to a skill than you have levels. The maximum number of skill points you may have in any skill is equal to your character level.
