You can extend a normally single-target spell to multiple creatures.

Spellcraft 8 ranks

Benefit
A spell with a target of "one creature" instead gains a target of "one creature/level, no two of which can be more than 30 ft. apart". Any subtype restrictions on creatures (such as humanoids only) still apply. If the spell has a range of "touch", it instead gains a range of "close" (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels). A mass spell uses up a spell slot four levels higher than the spell's actual level.
