These magic spurs attach to boots, and do not function if attached to magical boots. At will, the user can tap the spurs together and summon a light horse or pony (wearer's choice) complete with bit, bridle, and either a riding or military saddle (wearer's choice). This is a normal horse in all respects. The horse obeys the wearer of the spurs. If it dies, it disappears, as it is only a magical manifestation. Only one horse can be conjured at a time, but the owner of the spurs can dismiss it any time they like.
