By halfling standards, Twiggle was small. He moved about through the throng of people gathered in the square as quiently as a mouse. He slipped his hands in and out of pockets for the gold he rightly deserved. His father died so he could have the magic charm he used to make himself unnoticed. To pay such a high price for an item, it was only right that Twiggle felt an obligation to use it.

This small charm appears as part of a neckless or bracelet. It always includes a smiling face or figure. Used by pick pockets and petty thieves in cities, it provides a +10 competence bonus to stealth checks when the wearer is within a crowd of eight or more people.

Depending on the manner of construction, the charm can take up the neck or wrist slot.
