Skeld was always jealous of the wizard's intellect. He thought he'd go over and break a few of the wizard's precious sticks. Then he realized the spellcasting concepts that the wizard blabbed and blabbed about were actually quite simple.

This 4 inch long wodden stick that has some simple runes etched into it's side actually has some potent magic melded into it.

As a standard action you may break the stick in hlf. By doing so your mind suddenly becomes more aware. Each stick is attuned to a specific Knowledge skill such as Knowledge (Geography) or Knowledge (Local). With the specific knowledge skill that this stick is created for you gain a +10 competence bonus to all checks for 3 hours. The stick only effects the individual that broke it. Once broken it looses all magical attributes, the runes vanish and it becomes a simple stick.

Requirements: Craft Wondrous Item,A 6 inch smooth finished stick made of a finer wood. Clarivoyance and Clairaudance. The creator must have at least 5 skill points in the Knowledge skill that the stick is attuned to.; Cost: 1,250 gp
