Like a condenser, you might need something that produces water for you.

This alchemical rock will, with enough time, gather moisture around it. Usually a gallon of water will be made in about 8 hours, if left undisturbed. The rock must be exposed to the enviroment to work, also if it is submerged, it will not work. After producing 7 gallons, it no longer works and becomes an ordinary rock. The water is still affected by the enviroment, so if it is too hot or cold, the water will evaporate or freeze.
