The four-armed, mysterious and xenophobic Chadra are a race that live and thrive in the dark and cold.
Chadra Racial Traits
+2 Constitution, +2 Strength, -2 Intelligence, -4 Charisma: Chadra are sturdy and strong, but are not bright nor friendly.
Small Size: Chadra are Small creatures, around 3-4 feet tall, so they gain a +1 size bonus to their AC, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, a -1 penalty to their CMB and CMD, and a +4 size bonus on Stealth checks.
Aquatic: Chadra are humanoids with the aquatic subtype.
Slow Speed: Chadra have a base speed of 20 feet and a swim speed of 30 feet.
Darkvision: Thanks to living in underground caves, Chadra can see up to 120 feet in the dark.
Low-Light Vision: Thanks to living in underground caves, Chadra can see up to twice as far as humans in low-light conditions.
Multi-Armed: One of the Chadra's most intimidating traits is its four arms. Thus, a Chadra can wield multiple weapons, but only one hand is the main hand; the others are considered off hands. It can also use its hands for other purposes that require free hands.
Natural Armor: A Chadra's thick scaly skin gives it a +1 racial bonus to Armor.
Overwhelming: For their small size, a Chadra can pull off impressive attacks; thus, it gains a +4 racial bonus to bull rush and trip attacks.
Cold Vigor: A Chadra is more motivated in the chilling cold, so, whenever a Chadra is in a cold environment, it gains a +1 racial bonus on attack rolls and a +1 racial bonus on weapon damage rolls.
Light Sensitivity: Because a Chadra has adapted to a life in the darkness, he is dazzled as long as he is in an area of bright light.
Languages: Chadra begin play speaking Aklo. Chadra with high Intelligence scores can choose from the following languages: Draconic, Goblin, and Undercommon.
