Wildkin

Wildkin are a strange race, at a glance easily mistaken for lithe half-orcs.  With a closer look the differences are obvious, however - Wildkin do have green skin, but their features are closer to those of elves or half-elves.  More striking is the short fur that covers their hands and feet - their feet actually being closer to a wolf's paws.  Wildkin also have a canine tail, covered in the same short green fur.

Wildkin are an emotionally driven, primal (some would say savage) people who exalt in the natural world, and especially in the thrill of the hunt.  While this leads to them often being negatively portrayed as sadistic monsters, they are in fact a quite civilized race.

The origins of the wildkin are uncertain - some say they are born of humans seduced by fae, others claim them to be a race of fae stranded on the Material Plane like the gnomes.  Whatever the case, their connection to the First World is obvious.
