With an oddly hypnotic wave of the hand, this spell causes a nearby creature or creatures to forget the past 2 minutes of time. All perception and sense motive checks made within this time period must be rerolled if whatever the roll was being made against is still present. If any creature's attitude changed, it is set back to what it was at the start of the two minute period. If combat has started within the last two minutes the creatures are considered to have not yet acted in combat until their turn.
