While in the drow prison the goblin wizard, Gliblap, had seen a prisoner survive as his eyes, nose and ears bled. The prisoner as nevervthe same afterwards. Gliblap decided to see if he could do the same to someone.

Your successful melee touch attack deals 1d6 damage to the targets Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma. A successful Fortitude save reduces the damage by half (minimum 1) The caster also makes a Spellcraft check DC 27 or loses the use of his mouth for 24 hours. A restoration spell will return the use of the mouth. The loss of the mouth causes any spell with verbal components are impossable to cast.
