Saving Throw Fortitude partial; Spell Resistance yes.
Your successful melee touch attack deals 1d6 damage to the targets Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma. A successful Fortitude save reduces the damage by half (minimum 1) The caster also makes a Spellcraft check DC 27 or loses the use of his mouth for 24 hours. A restoration spell will return the use of the mouth. The loss of the mouth causes any spell with verbal components are impossable to cast.
