You shoot a tiny ball of flame from your fingertips bursting into a large puff of smoke.

Area 10-ft. burst
Duration 1 round
Saving Throw none; Spell Resistance yes

You point your finger and a pea sized ball of flame shoots out and explodes into a burst of fiery embers. Every flammable non-attended object within the area of effect must make a DC 10 reflex save or catch on fire. Creatures failing this save take 1 point of fire damage. This spell doesn't work while it rains or underwater.
