Razor Wind

You send forth an invisible, whirling blade of air.

School evocation [air]; Level sorcerer/wizard 2
Casting Time 1 standard action
Components V, S
Range close (25 ft. + 5 ft./level)
Effect one or more blades of wind
Duration instantaneous
Saving Throw none; Spell Resistance no

You slice your enemies with an invisible, whirling blade of razor sharp wind. You may fire one blade, plus one additional blade for every four levels beyond 3rd (to a maximum of three blades at 11th level). Each blade requires a ranged touch attack to hit and deals 4d6 points of slashing damage. The blades may be fired at the same or different targets, but all blades must be aimed at targets within 30 feet of each other and fired simultaneously.

Author's Note: Functionally very similar to Scorching Ray, with the upside that it ignores spell resistance, and the downside that it's slashing damage, and as such is subject to DR and won't affect incorporeal creaures.
