With a slashing motion, a blue crescent of pure air sharper than any blade rushes out from you at a speed that defies rational explanation.

Target/Effect/Area cone-shaped burst
Duration instantaneous
Saving Throw no; Spell Resistance yes

This spell does 1d3 slashing damage per caster level, to a maximum of 20d3, to all creatures and objects caught in its path. This spell overcomes DR as if it were a +1 Magic Weapon.

Author's Note: Yes, the lack of save might make this spell overpowered. If you think so, then add a reflex save for half and change the damage to 1d6/caster level.
