This is a bullet that fits into a breach-loading advanced firearm; it fits snugly into a revolver. Those that touch it must make a DC18 will save or be shaken for three rounds- however once this initial shock has passed a creature may handle it without suffering the effect. The bullet itself crackles when in the presence of a target that possesses less than 101 HP, and can be felt vibrating until loaded. Any creature struck by the bullet at less than 100 HP instantly dies with no save. This effect ignores all magic, Spell Resistance, regeneration, and any and all immunities. It also ignores the Snatch Arrow and Break Arrow abilities.
The Ubiitsa Hollowpoint cannot be manufactured or reproduced; there is only one in existence. Once it is fired it is lost forever.
Author's Note: I was playing a campaign with advanced firearms (e.g. rifles, revolvers) and things got pretty heavy at higher levels. I also noticed there were no advanced firearms in the database, so here it is- that one-of-a-kind make-it-count piece of ammunition that took Power Word Kill, Wish, and the still-beating heart of a dragon to create. It's my first attempt at "truly epic" but I think I could have done worse. If this pans out I might write more.
