Dragon Ball: Frieza - The Tyrant

This statting out of Frieza is merely for fun, and it is not intended to be a faithful transposition of the character (if it was, he would probably have something like CR 500). It is just intended to be an uber-boss for use in the Pathfinder RPG (given that anyone is mad enough to use it) based on Frieza's character. I didn't put too much effort in making it balanced, so don't come yelling at me because something is wrong in those regards. I post it here for mine and your fun, and that's all.

The milky skin of this relatively small humanoid has polished dark violet covers upon its horned head, torso and shoulders. Its eyes gleam with a flame of harsh tyranny.

SPECIAL ABILITIES
Destructive Ki (Ex): Frieza possesses a ki pool like that of a monk, except that the amount of points is equal to his HD plus his Wisdom modifier, if positive. The points of this pool can be spent to execute the following special attacks, and as long as Frieza has at least 1 point in his ki pool, he can make a ki strike that is considered magic, lawful, evil and adamantine.

Piercing Death: 5 ki points, standard action. This attack is a ray of energy that pierces anything in its path. It requires a ranged touch attack (+38) and inflicts 10 points of piercing damage per HD. A DC 29 Fortitude save (Strength-based) halves the damage. Anything or anyone in the path of the ray whose hp are reduced to 0 or less by the damage, lets the ray continue its straight path, up to a maximum range of 100 ft. + 10ft. per Frieza's HD. Frieza need only make a single attack roll, and anything that is hit but lets the ray pass reduces the result by -2 and the damage by -10 for the next target (these penalties are cumulative for each target struck).

Telekinesis: 3 ki points, standard action. This functions like the telekinesis spell, with a caster level equal to Frieza's HD. This telekinesis is not magical, and as such is not subject to dispelling, spell resistance, antimagic areas and similar effects. Unlike the spell, this telekinesis allows Frieza to hurl a maximum weight equal to his light load (612 pounds in base form), and a hurled creature hitting a surface or object takes the same amount of damage as if an object of the same density was hurled at it; this damage is based on the hurled creature's weight. For example, a creature weighing 250 pounds, hurled against a stone wall, takes 10d6 damage (250 / 25 = 10).

World Destroyer: 15 ki points, full-round action that provokes attacks of opportunity. Rising a hand above his head, Frieza gives shape to a swirling sphere of raw energy with a diameter of 5 to 20 ft. (Frieza's decision, but the sphere cannot be larger than the available space), which he then hurls at a distance of up to 400 ft. plus 40 ft. per HD. When the sphere arrives at the designated point, it explodes. All creatures in a range of 30 ft. for each 5 ft. of the sphere's original diameter (if Frieza made a 20 ft.-diameter sphere, the range is 20 / 5 x 30 = 120 ft.) take 2d10 points of damage per Frieza's HD (Fortitude halves, DC 29, Strength-based).

Might of the Cold Stars (Ex): All of Frieza's base saving throw bonuses have the "good" progression (1/2 HD + 2), and Frieza receives Improved Evasion. Plus, he gains an insight bonus to AC equal to his Wisdom modifier, if positive (this bonus is lost only when Frieza is helpless) and a natural armor bonus equal to 1/2 HD. Finally, Frieza obtains damage reduction 10/adamantine, immunity to cold, compulsions, exhaustion, fatigue, fear (except shaken), patterns, sleep and anything that relies on inhalation and gains SR 15 + HD. Frieza can breathe and sleep, but does not need to; he can hold his breath indefinitely and can survive troublessly in the void of outer space.

Physical Apotheosis (Ex): Frieza receives Combat Reflexes, Diehard, Dodge, Endurance, Improved Initiative and Toughness as bonus feats. In addition, Acrobatics and Escape Artist are always class skills for him, and the jumping distance is unaffected by Frieza's height.

Physical Supremacy (Ex): All of Frieza's natural attacks use damage dice as if Frieza was three sizes larger. Plus, they are all considered primary weapons, always add 1-1/2 Strength modifier and their critical range and multiplier is 19-20/x3. Finally, Frieza gains Critical Focus and Staggering Critical as bonus feats, and an insight bonus to attack rolls equal to his Wisdom modifier, if positive.

Storm of Blows (Ex): By spending 1 ki point, Frieza can perform a stunningly rapid storm of blows as a full attack action. This means that he can perform a set of two slams plus one tail slap, and a number of subsequent sets equal to the number of attacks he could perform when wielding a weapon thanks to his high base attack bonus; like those attacks, each set after the first takes a -5 penalty on attack rolls, and all attacks, including the ones of the first set, takes an additional -2. For example, at 18 HD, his base attack bonus would grant him four attacks (+18/+13/+8/+3), so, performing a storm of blows, Frieza can attack with two slam and one tail slap at a -2 penalty, then with -7 to the rolls, then again with -12, and finally with -17.

Tyrant's Transformation (Ex): When Frieza either deals or sustains damage (source is indifferent, but the damage must result in actual damage, not just damage that is nullified by his damage reduction, by a succesful save or anything else) for 3 consecutive rounds, he can, on the fourth round, use a full-round action to shift to his next form. After he has shifted to a form, Frieza must deal or receive damage at least once every 3 rounds, or he'll revert to the immediately previous form at the beginning of his fourth turn (this automatically consumes a move action for that turn). Instead, if he deals or receives damage for 3 consecutive turns again, he can shift once more to the successive form. Shifting to another form never causes attacks of opportunity, and the first time Frieza shifts to each higher form, his hit points are fully replenished. For example, if Frieza shifts three times to his Dreadful Tyrant form, his hit points are replenished only the first of those three times, but if he then shifts to his Alien Tyrant form, they are replenished again. The statistics presented above are for his base form, and the benefits of the higher forms follow below.

Dreadful Tyrant: Frieza's size changes to Large; instead of the normal changes for size, he gains a +4 increase to his Strength, Constitution and Charisma scores, the standard -1 to attack rolls and AC for Large size, and his natural attacks's damage dice increase one step. Frieza's HD increase by 2, granting him all the benefits of such growth, except that he doesn't receive the +1 to ability scores that is normally obtained every 4 HD. The feat Frieza obtains from his increased HD is Improved Critical (gore).

Alien Tyrant: In addition to the benefits of the Dreadful Tyrant form, Frieza's Strength, Dexterity and Constitution all increase of +4 and Frieza gains 2 more HD. Again, no +1 to ability scores is gained. In this form, Frieza loses his gore attack and the Improved Critical (gore) feat. Instead, he receives three Extra Ki feats (this includes the feat received from the newly acquired HD). Whenever Frieza spends ki, the ki points granted by these feats are the first to be consumed.

Cleansed Tyrant: In addition to the benefits of the Alien Tyrant form, Frieza's Strength, Dexterity and Constitution all increase by +2, and his Wisdom increases by +6. While retaining the might acquired through his previous transformations, Frieza's size reverts to medium (thus removing the -1 penalty to attack rolls and AC, but not reducing the damage dice of Frieza's natural attacks), and he gains 4 more HD. The feats for these additional HD are Improved Critical (slam) and Improved Critical (tail slap).
