DESCRIPTION
If he was a little taller, perhaps his ample belly would be the first thing you would see, however, his short stature ensures that you only see his chest and shaven head above the counter of the bar.  He is usually clean with the exception of a few stains on his apron.  His round face is graced with deep laugh lines and a couple of extra chins.

PERSONALITY
He thinks of everyone as his friend and welcomes everyone as such.  Filmore is rarely seen out from behind his bar, where he can always be seen washing glasses, bottles, or counter tops while either listening to adventurers stories or retelling those stories to other travelers.

BACKGROUND
Filmore works with his wife Penny at hisbrother-in-law's tavern in Ocean Dale, the "Open Keg" ever sense their own tavern was razed to the ground by a Goblin raiding party.

Author's Note: This NPC appears in the Shores of Arcanum campaign setting. He works at the "Open Keg" tavern in the city of Ocean Dale.
