Loellia, Pseudo-Dragon Fey Sorceress

A mischievous pseudo-dragon sorceress of the fey bloodline.  She will frequently present herself as either a small fey like a pixie, or a female human or elf.  She uses disguise self for it's extended duration but will use Alter Self if the situation might call for physical interaction.  She makes use of the Crafter's fortune spell to reward those who leave treats for her as per the local custom, conversely  punishing those with the crafter's misfortune spell if they have offended her in some way. Loellia is also an occasional fixture at fey courts as well.

SPECIAL ABILITIES
Bloodline Arcana: Whenever you cast a spell of the compulsion subschool, increase the spell's DC by +2.

Dragon Traits (Ex)
: Dragons have Immunity to magic sleep effects and paralysis effects. Dragons breathe, eat, and sleep.

Fey Bloodline: The capricious nature of the fey runs in your family due to some intermingling of fey blood or magic. This tends to make you more emotional than most, prone to bouts of extreme joy and rage.

Fleeting Glance (Su): You can turn invisible for 10 rounds per day. This ability functions as greater invisibility. These rounds need not be consecutive.

Immunity to Magical Sleep (Ex): You are never subject to magic sleep effects.

Immunity to Paralysis (Ex): You can never be paralyzed.

Laughing Touch (Su): You can cause a creature to burst out laughing for 1 round as a melee touch attack. A laughing creature can only take a move action and can defend itself normally. Once a creature has been affected by laughing touch, it is immune to its effects for 1 day. You can use this ability 7 times a day.

Poison (Ex): Sting-injury; save Fort DC 14; frequency 1/minute for 10 minutes; effect sleep for 1 minute; cure 1 save.

Telepathy (Su): You can mentally communicate with any other creature within 60 feet that has a language. It is possible to address multiple creatures at once telepathically, although maintaining a telepathic conversation with more than one creature at a time is just as difficult as simultaneously speaking and listening to multiple people at the same time.

Woodland Stride (Ex): You can move through any sort of undergrowth (such as natural thorns, briars, overgrown areas, and similar terrain) at your normal speed and without taking damage or suffering any other impairment. Thorns, briars, and overgrown areas that have been magically manipulated to impede motion, however, still affect you.

Author's Note: Loellia can be an ally or contact for those in a rural or sylvan type setting.
